These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the 11-Day France & Belgium Chocolate Food Tour with Kirsten Tibballs ("the Tour"), operated by Travelglobe ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking this Tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.2. Booking & Payments
2.1 For online bookings, full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the Tour.
2.2 For bookings made through a travel agent, a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due by the final payment deadline.
2.3 Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of your booking, subject to the cancellation terms outlined below.
2.4 Prices are quoted in the applicable currency and are subject to change prior to full payment being received.3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
3.1 If you cancel your booking, cancellation fees apply as follows:-
More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit.

3.2 No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the Tour, including early departures or late arrivals.
3.3 In the event that we must cancel the Tour, a full refund or alternative tour option will be offered.
4. Travel Insurance
4.1 Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. Your policy must cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, lost luggage, and other unforeseen circumstances.
4.2 Proof of travel insurance must be provided before departure.5. Itinerary Changes & Amendments
5.1 Travelglobe reserves the right to alter, change, or amend any part of the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, supplier availability, or operational requirements.
5.2 Any such changes will be communicated as soon as possible, and reasonable efforts will be made to ensure a comparable experience.
5.3 No refunds or compensation will be provided for itinerary changes due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, strikes, or political instability.6. Health & Safety Requirements
6.1 Participants must be in good health and able to undertake the activities included in the Tour.
6.2 Any dietary restrictions or medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee that all dietary needs will be met.
6.3 Travelglobe and its partners are not liable for any health-related issues that arise before, during, or after the Tour.7. Responsibility & Liability
7.1 Travelglobe acts as an intermediary for accommodations, transport, and experiences and is not responsible for the acts, errors, or omissions of third-party suppliers.
7.2 We accept no liability for loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the Tour.
7.3 Participants agree to follow all instructions provided by the Tour leaders and suppliers to ensure their safety and the safety of others.8. Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements
8.1 It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they have a valid passport (with at least six months’ validity) and obtain any necessary visas required for entry into France and Belgium.
8.2 Travelglobe is not responsible for any denied entry or travel disruptions due to improper documentation.9. Conduct & Behavior
9.1 Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travelers, guides, and service providers. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the Tour without a refund.10. Force Majeure
10.1 Travelglobe is not liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.11. Governing Law
